No gym membership or access to a facility? This program is just for you! This program is great for somebody just starting their fitness journey who may not be ready for a gym. All you will need are a set of dumbbells, a resistance band, and a jump rope. Over 8 weeks, you will be consistently challenged to become stronger physically & mentally and to push pass your barrier.
