This program is a full body conditioning training plan designed to transform your body, in the comfort of your own home. This guide is designed for anyone of any fitness level, beginner and up.
Each exercise has a hashtag that correlates with a video demonstrating the proper form of the exercise. Search the hashtag on Instagram and it will take you to the matching video on my personal video account: @biancataylorfitness.
Over 12 week period, this program will guide you to improve your strength, endurance, and physique, thoroughly, while learning how to properly execute each exercise and workout by using the video hashtag system.
**This program requires a only a set of dumbbells, a resistance band, and a home pull up bar (a home pull up bar can be purchased on Amazon) other equipment such as a jump rope, can be used but is not required**
